Countryside Zoning By-law - Appeals

The Zoning By-law for the Countryside, By-law 2022-053, is subject to appeals to the Ontario Land Tribunal (OLT). Please refer to OLT Case No. OLT-22-004723 for the latest information on the appeals.

Township Planning Staff are in the process of reviewing the extent of these appeals, and at this time the entire Zoning By-law for the Countryside is under appeal.
