Draft Discussion Paper

The Village Urban Design Guidelines Draft Discussion Paper is available in the Document Library!

The main purpose of the Draft Discussion Paper is to identify and review relevant background information, data, policies, guidelines and reports. The review will focus on identifying key issues and priorities, understanding the relevance of existing urban design policy to the project and determine any gaps in policy or physical features that play a role in the successful implementation of the Guidelines.
