Draft Village Urban Design Guidelines

The first draft of the Village Urban Design Guidelines is available in the Document Library!

The draft Guidelines focus on the Village Centres, Established Neighbourhoods and Employment Areas for the Villages of King City, Nobleton and Schomberg. Each Village in King Township has unique characteristics, circumstances, and issues that have been considered in developing the draft Guidelines. The Project Team is eager to receive feedback from the community regarding the draft Guidelines. All interested persons are invited to join a Virtual Public Open House on October 4 and October 5 at 6:00 pm to learn about the new Draft Village Urban Design Guidelines and begin to share your feedback.
