Release of Final Draft Official Plan and Zoning By-law Amendments

The Project Team is excited to announce that the final draft Official Plan and Zoning By-law Amendments for the Highway 11 Corridor Study are now available for review. The final draft Amendments can be found in the Documents section of the SpeaKING Project Page.

The Project Team thanks everyone who has participated in the past public engagements or provided comments for the Highway 11 Corridor Study. If you have any comments or feedback on the final draft Amendments, kindly send them to policyplanning@king.ca by Friday February 21, 2025.

The final draft Official Plan Amendment and Zoning By-law Amendment will return to Council on Monday March 17th, 2025 at 6:00pm for consideration of adoption. The Staff Report will be available online at https://www.king.ca/meetings by Thursday March 13, 2025.
