Thank you to everyone who attended our recent Open Houses for the Official Plan Review! We appreciated the opportunity to speak with you, answer your questions, and hear your comments. The Open House boards and Discussion Papers are available in the Documents Library on the Project Page.

Additional comments or questions on the discussion paper topics or preliminary policy directions can be submitted through the Official Plan Review Comment Form until Friday October 3, 2025.

All comments, thoughts and questions heard at the open houses will be summarized in a "What We Heard" Summary Report. Individual submissions submitted to date will be addressed in a Comment Response Matrix, which will be shared as an attachment to a future Report to Council as part of the next phase of the review.
