Administrative Changes to the new Zoning By-law for the Countryside (By-law 2022-053)

Upon further review of the new Zoning By-law for the Countryside, Policy Planning Staff have noted two typographical errors in the final version of the By-law.

A Notice of Correction has been issued to all interested parties. The Notice of Correction details the errors that have been corrected administratively. The excerpt of the By-law identifying the corrections can be viewed here. These corrections are consistent with Staff’s recommendations and Council’s decision on the By-law. Parts 1 through 9 of the By-law that include the administrative change can be viewed here.

The Notice, By-law excerpt and updated text of the By-law are all also available in the Document Library.
